To find your ring size I recommend going to your local jeweller and asking them, as this will be the most precise way.

An alternative would be to measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own. Make sure it is of just the inside, no metal.

Or use a piece of string, wrap it around your desired finger (still being able to take it over your knuckle) and then measure the length.
